Exhibition office

The exhibition office serves exhibitors and builders during the event’s setup and opening hours, including handling booth orders.

You can contact the exhibition office through our customer service Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and during setup and event hours according to the exhibition office's opening times. Phone: +358 207 701 222, asiakaspalvelu@tampereenmessut.fi.

When the exhibition office is closed, the on-call hall manager can be reached at +358 50 351 6500. The event setup is managed by Event Manager Touko Setälä, phone: +358 40 641 3369.
