BOOTH CATERING AND LUNCH VOUHERS
Order lunch vouchers in advance and make your experience at the event easier.
WELCOME TO ORDER RESTAURANT VOUCHERS FROM THIS LINK. (only in Finnish)
- You can find voucher options and prices on the form.
- Please indicate the quantities on the form. We will send the ordered vouchers to you via email for printing. Please note that each voucher has a unique barcode that can only be used once at the checkout, so please do not copy or print them more than once.
- Vouchers are valid during the construction period, and you can check the validity period in the upper corner of the voucher. We will send an invoice for the vouchers after the event. We only charge for the vouchers that have been used, so it's recommended to order an ample amount of vouchers at once.
- Unused vouchers do not need to be returned, but it's advisable to dispose of them by destroying the barcode.
- The vouchers are valid at all our restaurants. Lunch menus and additional information about the restaurants will be available closer to the event: https://www.finnresta.fi.
- For information about allergens, you can contact our staff on-site if needed.
- Prices are valid until further notice. We reserve the right to make changes in products and prices. Prices include 14% or 24% value-added tax. By ordering, you agree to pay for the ordered and used services. An automatic billing fee of €20 will be added to the invoice total. The payment method for the vouchers ordered through this form is invoicing.

- DRINK VOUCHER €9.00 (Mild alcoholic beverages: beer/cider/long drink/soft drink)
- WINE VOUCHER €15.00 (Red or white wine, Piccolo / 24 cl)
Cash tickets can be purchased at Café London in Hall A. They are non-refundable.

BOOTH AND MEETING CATERING

- The ordering system will close on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 11 PM.
- Catering for your booth or after-parties, as well as additional orders and meeting catering, can also be arranged via email: tilaukset@finnresta.fi.
- During the event, you can reach the booth caterer at 040 560 7538, and the meeting caterer at 040 524 3599.
RESTAURANTS AND BREAK AREAS
During the exhibition, exhibitors have access to the Break lounge on the 2nd floor of Hall A (next to the Kastrup restaurant, up the stairs on the long side of Hall A), where they can take a moment to rest during the exhibition day. The break area is equipped with a coffee machine, computer and printer, as well as the daily newspaper.
In addition to lunch vouchers, cash and card payments are accepted at the restaurant counters.
LUNCH
The lunch buffet includes three main course options, one of which is a separately ordered vegetarian option at the cashier. Additionally, there is a salad selection, a bread table, water and red juice as beverages, as well as dessert coffee or tea with a selection of biscuits. We use only Finnish meat and prefer domestic producers for other ingredients.

Lunch Restaurants
ARLANDA
- Located opposite the main entrance, it serves lunch customers.
- In addition to lunch, they also offer delicious savory and sweet pastries as well as specialty coffees.
- Lunch is served from Thursday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Saturday from 11 AM to 3:00 PM.
BARCELONA
- A lunch restaurant on the 2nd floor of Hall E.
- In addition to lunch, they offer café products and refreshments.
- Lunch is served from Thursday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Saturday from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
KASTRUP
- Serves exhibition visitors on the 2nd floor of Hall A. From the gallery, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the exhibition downstairs while having lunch.
- Lunch is served daily from Thursday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
RIGA
- A lunch restaurant on the 2nd floor of the main lobby.
- Lunch is served daily from Thursday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Cafés and Refreshment Points
HAHN CAFE & BAR
- Located in the main lobby and open from 8:00 AM in the morning.
- Indulgence is allowed! While sitting in the café, you can choose delicious pastries with specialty coffee or a refreshing drink to accompany your coffee or tea. They also offer traditional hot dogs for small hunger cravings. This is the place for the after-exhibition gatherings!
LONDON
- At the corner café of Hall A, it's nice to stop by for a pint or a glass.
- The selection includes salad boxes, fruits, and smoothies, not to mention mouthwatering sweet and savory coffee pastries.
- Open from 8:00 AM until the exhibition closes.
C-HALL REST AREA
- Located at the end of Hall C, this spot is a comfortable place to meet acquaintances and take a break.
- They offer various refreshments and hash browns. And of course, it's best accompanied by a chilled drink!
Grill Point OUTDOOR SALES POINT
- Located under the canopy of the main entrance.
- Grilled sausages and refreshments are available for sale.
