BREAK AREAS

During the exhibition, exhibitors have access to the Break lounge on the 2nd floor of Hall A (next to the Kastrup restaurant, up the stairs on the long side of Hall A), where they can take a moment to rest during the exhibition day. The break area is equipped with a coffee machine, computer and printer, as well as the daily newspaper.

In addition to lunch vouchers, cash and card payments are accepted at the restaurant counters.

CATERING VOUCHERS FOR EXHIBITORS

Order catering vouchers in advance to make things easier during the event. The ordering portal for catering vouchers is now open.

Payment method: Invoice

Exhibitors can order catering vouchers and stand catering services on invoice by applying for a customer account with Finnresta.

Customer account applications must be submitted by September 25, 2025.

  • Once the application has been processed, customer credentials and registration instructions for the online store will be sent to the contact person via email.
  • Finland Restaurants Oy will verify and assess the creditworthiness of companies and associations submitting a customer account application before approving the account. Processing time for applications is 2–7 business days.
  • Please note that new customer account applications cannot be processed during the event.
  • Voucher products purchased on invoice will be billed after the event based on actual voucher usage. 
  • An automatic billing fee of €20.00 will be added to the final invoice amount.

Catering vouchers can also be purchased in advance from the online store using a credit card—no registration required. The total order amount is charged immediately. 

  • Ordered vouchers will be delivered as per the order and cannot be returned. Unused vouchers or products will not be refunded.

Catering vouchers can also be purchased by card during the event from the restaurant info desk at the main lobby customer service point during its opening hours. No returns—unused vouchers or products will not be refunded.


    Stand Catering and Evening Events

    Need coffee or refreshments for your staff at the stand? You can order snacks, coffee, and various beverages from us for your staff. Pre-ordered products will be delivered directly to your stand.

    You can also host a customer event at your stand after the trade fair closes:
    Invite your customers, arrange some light snacks and drinks, and possibly some entertainment. Free extended hours are available on Thursday and Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM. Read more here >>
